OAP: Celebrating Our EFEC Organizers

As part of our journey this period, EFEC successfully conducted the Organizers Appraisal Program (OAP)—a transformed version of the EFEC Awarding Moment—held during GSM 1 and GSM 2.

OAP was created as a space to appreciate and motivate EFEC organizers through periodic appraisals. This program aimed to encourage continuous improvement, not only in organizational performance but also in academics and personal growth. With various fun and meaningful nominations, OAP became a moment to celebrate the efforts, dedication, and uniqueness of each organizer.
