Have you decided what to do for vacation days? Have you got the list yet? If not, we will share a list of what we should do on vacation days. Because we had through many activities in almost a year, we better take much rest. We can fill with many things like exercise, maintaining our hobbies, etc. Let's take a look at the list below.
1. Reducing the use of gadgets
During the holidays, you must reduce the use of gadgets. A good vacation is to avoid activities that drain emotions and thoughts. Non-stop use of gadgets will control your emotional stability and psychological. The effect of using gadgets itself also affects your eyes. In our current situation, most people spend their time using gadgets, especially during the holiday seasons they choose to use gadgets instead of taking a break. Therefore, these activities become habits for humans. So we must immediately reduce this bad habit, especially for our young generation like students. Utilize too many gadgets, especially for useless things can't let them go. You have to fill your vacation days with many productivity things or maintain your body and mind.
2. Add a new hobby or deepen a hobby
Instead of using gadgets without stopping, how about train a new hobby or deepening the hobbies that we already had. You can continue your hobby that you enjoy and haven't had time to do for about a year because of your busy activities. You can also learn a new language. In this era, you must train your language skill, because we can't just keep once but also more than that. You can start mastering the language by something that you are interested. For example, if you are a fan of KPOP, JPOP, and someone in a different country. Sometimes you feel like you want to get more in touch and information with them, so the result is you have to learn their languages. When you learn their language, you will be motivated and enthusiastic in learning their languages. So you will feel more excited to learn new things. But there are so many reasons to learn a new language, like the culture, being a fan of someone, etc. Don't worry it will be worth learning a new language for your future.
3. Keep exercising regularly and carrying out the health protocol
In this pandemic era, you have to keep healthy and have a good spirit. If you never get in touch with exercise, you better change that lifestyle. Because it's so important to do exercise in this time. Especially during the holidays season, where many people often forget and get lazy to do this activity. You can't do an exercise altogether so that your body remains in a fit and stable condition. You don't need to do some extreme exercise, just regular light and simple exercise to do at least once a week. Not only that, keep obeying the health protocol.
4. Go to the nearest place for refreshing / sightseeing.
While on vacation during this pandemic period, it will make you bored at home. You can go for a walk to a place closest to your home. Getting to somewhere nearby that comfortable might be a good alternative, especially seeing the shady and cool natural scenery must be fun. For example, in Purwokerto, you can go to Curug or many tourist destinations and existing parks you don't have to go out of town or travel far. But keep in mind to obey the health protocol and the rules in the area where you live.
5. Avoid stress / heavy thoughts.
    The last one is crucial for us, especially in maintaining
health during the current pandemic. When on vacation, we should avoid
activities that drain our minds. Focus rest and get more positive activities.
As long as your vacation days have a positive impact on you, you don't always
have to be productive.  A good vacation
makes you happy.
