EFEC finally held ENT this year. The event was held by ZOOM due to the COVID-19. Nevertheless, the event was greeted enthusiastically by the participants. There were approximately 140 participants who attended and were guided by Najla Athifah as moderator and Ly Anjeng Fadlilah as host. The ENT 2021 program invites two popular content creators such as Tatjana Syafira and Fathia Izzati. In this event, they would be shared motivation and their journey to achieve their goals. The ENT 2021 was divided into two main series. The first one was a talk show which was divided into two-part, such as a sharing session and a Q&A session. And the last second was a game won by Atharik Zafari.
ENT 2021 was opened with remarks from the chairman of the ENT 2021 committee, namely Bilqisti Azzahra, then there was Ranu Dwary A. as chairman of EFEC 2021/2022, then remarks from the Deputy Chair of BEM FEB UNSOED Fahriza Fahmi R. and ended with remarks from the Deputy Dean III the field of student affairs and alumni, namely Drs. Rakhmat Priyono ME.
Guests such as SASMI also enlivened this event. Tatjana Syafira was present as the first speaker for ENT 2021, this outstanding student from Yogyakarta received a scholarship and had the opportunity to continue her education in Colorado, United States. Thanks to her activities in the social sector, such as creating fundraisers for Breast Cancer, Tatjana Syafira, who is familiarly called Kak Syafira, received an award from the local government as a form of appreciation for the social actions she took with her friends.
Becoming the president for Impactional is an extraordinary opportunity for her. Impaction is a foundation that provides various benefits such as international exposure, broadening relationships, learning new knowledge and perspectives, and multicultural understanding. In addition, Impactional also has another benefit like equality. Equal opportunity means for everyone.
In senior high school, she was into debate extracurricular and made improve her ability to speak in English. The skill of public speaking means a lot to her. That ability could increase her confidence and also convince others. It turns out that Syafira is also good at speaking German. She also mentioned many top influencers that inspired her life, such as Maudy Ayunda, Jerome Polin, and Nadira Safira.
Next to another speaker, Fathia Izzati was the most awaited by all the participants. She is known as a Youtuber and a singer of a group band named Reality Club. Fathia Izzati said that we must have confidence in the content we create. If we followed the hype too much, then we didn't have the characteristics of the content we wanted.
Honing our abilities is an important thing, she said. Even though Fathia admitted that she was a lazy person, she still managed her time and personal activities. Everyone had to balance between the portion of rest and work. Of course, we also had to learn to manage our moods. In addition, relationships become the next important part if we are going to enter the world of work. Building this relationship can be obtained from college by participating in various organizational and committee activities, which later can help hone our abilities.
During college, having supportive friends could improve our abilities. We could share our knowledge. Many activities were offered on-campus that should not be missed. Trying and varying the activities that people have become very valuable for one's life.
She also told us about a story that happened in her life. Moving from one country to another is an extraordinary experience and learning. Besides getting to know a new culture, Fathia also learned a new language besides English. For Fathia, her father is an inspiration and motivation figure in achieving her dreams.
