Hi Efecers! How are you guys today? I hope you’re
always in healthy condition. How was your online study? I hope it goes well
too. I know that staying at home at this situation might be really boring and
maybe some of us feel unproductive because we can’t go outside freely and our
activities are being limited. 
Besides work or study, we also like to spend our time at home by watching series or just sitting in front of our laptop. However, it is important for us to be active even at home because it is good for our physical and mental health. Here are some sports recommendations that we can do at home to keep us active during this pandemic.
